What you will do

• Offer guidance on platform integration, optimization, and troubleshooting for clients.
• Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored technical solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with BD teams to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical consultations.
• Lead technical implementation projects, including platform setup, configuration, and customization.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and new features.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and product innovation based on client feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience within cloud, software, or machine learning.
• 5+ years in technical field roles in the retail or AdTech industry.
• 3+ years of hands-on implementation, architecture design, or consulting experience in the application or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a technical role within the AdTech industry.
• Comfortable communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
