Salary: $145,000 - $215,000 USD

What you will do
- Offer guidance on platform integration, optimization, and troubleshooting for clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored technical solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with BD teams to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical consultations.
- Lead technical implementation projects, including platform setup, configuration, and customization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and new features.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and product innovation based on client feedback.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience within cloud, software, or machine learning.
- 5+ years in technical field roles in the retail or AdTech industry.
- 3+ years of hands-on implementation, architecture design, or consulting experience in the application or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a technical role within the AdTech industry.
- Comfortable communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
