TL;DR
Technical Integration Specialist (AI): Providing first-level technical support and onboarding for e-commerce brands integrating with an AI-driven search platform with an accent on API integration and index configuration. Location: Remote (AMER). Must be able to support customers and team members between 2pm and 10pm UTC (9am to 5pm Eastern time).
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 USD

What you will do
- Guide customers through the technical integration process and provide onboarding support.
- Provide expert guidance on integrating with APIs and utilizing open-source libraries.
- Resolve technical challenges and integration issues in collaboration with Customer Success teams.
- Configure product catalogs, including uploading data, setting facets, searchabilities, and sort orders.
- Act as a technical liaison, responding to customer inquiries with clear and concise explanations.
- Improve integration documentation based on common customer issues and interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical or customer support roles.
- Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
- Ability to support customers and team members between 2pm and 10pm UTC (9am to 5pm Eastern time).
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with JSON, CSV, and basic search/index concepts.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with debugging tools such as Postman or browser developer tools.
- Understanding of A/B testing and server-side/client-side contexts.
- Knowledge of JavaScript web application development and integration patterns.
