What you will do
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the Billing Platform.
- Lead product discovery and delivery, making tradeoff decisions and release plans.
- Communicate product vision and priorities to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering on data models, ingestion flows, algorithms, and system design.
- Prioritize new capabilities, platform stability, technical debt, and incident prevention.
- Collaborate on go-to-market planning and facilitate defect management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager owning software products end to end.
- Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and dependencies.
- Comfort operating in an analytical mode using SQL and system-level tools.
- Proven ability to define complex problems, evaluate solutions, and prioritize based on impact and risk.
- Strong data fluency to define success metrics and validate assumptions.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering on technical design and delivery planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience building or owning billing, metering, invoicing, or usage-based pricing systems.
- Experience operating in cloud-based or API-driven environments.
- Experience working with Salesforce as a data source or integration point.
