What you will do

• Engage with advertisers to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for hirify.global to drive value.
• Consult on measurement methodologies, including MMP attribution, incrementality, and MMM, and support activation of hirify.global incrementality solutions.
• Generate insights through data collection, analysis, and effective communication to C-Level stakeholders.
• Partner with internal and external teams on analysis and testing to optimize hirify.global campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve products and services based on market insights.
• Develop activation strategies with business teams to unlock product performance and drive adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge and experience in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis such as regression or time-series analysis.
• Experience in Python and SQL is required.
• Comfortable balancing multiple projects and prioritizing work effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to distill complex information into simple recommendations.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and operate in ambiguous problem spaces, developing creative solutions.
