What you will do

  • Develop deep market understanding for enhanced expertise.
  • Identify new customer opportunities and generate interest in hirify.global through various approaches, including cold-calling.
  • Maintain and update internal systems for effective lead tracking.
  • Respond to inquiries with tailored solutions and facilitate discovery calls.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to company growth.
  • Exceed activity goals with a positive, customer-centric attitude.

Requirements

  • Ability to work hybrid from Pune.
  • Possess the skill to work US business hours.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with distinction.
  • At least 2+ years of substantial and relevant professional sales experience.
  • Prowess in cold calling and objection-handling.
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Linkedin, Outreach, ZoomInfo.
  • In-depth understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools like DemandBase.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
