What you will do

• Design and implement complex integration solutions between the platform and third-party healthcare systems (EHRs, insurance providers).
• Contribute to the technical direction of the integration platform and fullstack architecture for scalable, AI-powered healthcare solutions.
• Take ownership of end-to-end integration workflows, including design, development, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot integration issues, and improve reliability in production.
• Ensure all integration work adheres to healthcare compliance and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
• Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and establish best practices for code quality and testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development industry experience.
• Strong Backend/Full-Stack Programming Skills, comfortable with Python, Go, or C++.
• Proficiency in frontend languages like Javascript, HTML, CSS, and familiar with React or Vue.
• Experience with the modern backend development stack, including Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and mentoring engineers.
