What you will do
- Lead customer and market research to understand needs and discover growth opportunities for the Retirement product suite.
- Define and evolve strategic positioning and messaging for the 401(k) platform within hirify.global.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align the product marketing roadmap for strategic priorities.
- Drive strategic insights by analyzing customer and market data, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Enable full-funnel growth through product messaging and creative strategy for 401(k) plans.
- Utilize AI platforms and tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Product Marketing or related fields, with emphasis on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience driving product adoption and growth for SMB-focused software, ideally in fintech, compliance, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with deep experience building cross-functional partnerships.
- Fluency or strong curiosity for developing AI-powered workflows and systems.
- Work authorization for the United States is required.
