Location: On-site in Mountain View, CA, requiring 5 days a week in office.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Lead migration strategy and planning, assessing EMR data models and defining scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to develop data mapping specifications and oversee ETL processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers' technical and operational teams and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Design and enforce data validation protocols, conducting test migrations and post-go-live audits.
• Develop and maintain playbooks and standard operating procedures, identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Train internal teams and customer admins on migration best practices and manage offshore QA teams, coordinating across time zones.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations management, technical program management, and/or implementation leadership roles.
• Client-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Python and popular data frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and OCR frameworks (e.g., Tesseract, AWS Textract).
• Proficiency in SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience managing EMR data migrations (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, etc.).
