Location: Denver, San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, Toronto. Must be based in the US or Canada. Employees based in these office locations are expected to work from the office approximately 2-3 days per week (hybrid). Fully remote work is possible when approved from a location other than a hirify.global office within the US or Canada.

Salary: $185,000 - $275,000 USD (yearly), or $200,000 - $250,000 CAD (yearly).

What you will do

• Architect and evolve customer-facing web platforms with a focus on scale, performance, and AI-driven personalization.
• Design, build, and maintain shared services to enable rapid iteration on product offerings.
• Implement and optimize key workflows for a best-in-class customer experience.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code across the stack, leveraging AI-powered tools.
• Support, mentor, and up-level fellow engineers, establishing best practices for AI-native design patterns.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building scalable full-stack web applications.
• Expertise in frontend technologies like React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Deep experience with backend API development, data modeling, and database design.
• Experience applying AI tools to accelerate full-stack development and build intelligent user experiences.
• Deep experience in CI/CD and observability.
• Ability to act as a thought partner for both technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience designing or implementing product experiences incorporating ML/AI, such as personalization engines or recommendation systems.
• Experience with generative AI or LLMs in applications like content personalization or intelligent customer-facing agents.
• Familiarity with building in React and Ruby on Rails.
