What you will do
- Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations on revenue performance, benchmarking against previous RCM vendors.
- Explain revenue deltas by identifying process weaknesses and analyzing shifts in payer and procedure ratios.
- Ruthlessly prioritize and implement process fixes to prevent drops in revenue.
- Craft data-driven recommendations to help customers enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth.
- Launch ad hoc revenue-generating initiatives across multiple customers.
- Continuously drive process improvements for internal teams and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
- Deep experience in data analysis, including SQL and Excel (Python is a bonus).
- Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices for operational process improvement.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
- Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success.
- Comfort working autonomously to solve problems with ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and identify blockers.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Retool and GSuite.
- Experience in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) space.
