What you will do
- Define a compelling product direction and roadmap connecting company goals to technical innovation in code analysis.
- Lead, coach, and grow a squad of Product Managers, ensuring high standards in product practices and career development.
- Drive measurable outcomes by balancing new revenue, protecting hirify.global's market moat, and fostering innovation in detection capabilities.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, and Domain Leadership to align on investments, prioritization, and domain-level operating mechanisms.
Requirements
- Typically 8+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years specifically managing PMs or leading multi-squad areas in B2B/developer-focused companies.
- Proven track record in complex technical domains (e.g., developer tools, static analysis, or platforms).
- Expertise in problem discovery, outcome-oriented roadmapping, and translating technical complexity into simple narratives.
- Familiarity with modern SDLC tools like CI/CD, IDEs, and DevOps practices.
