What you will do
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the channel partners experience and partner portal.
- Lead product discovery, research, and stakeholder interviews to prioritize partner needs.
- Translate partner problems into clear product requirements and success criteria.
- Drive and co-own technical design for partner identity, role-based access, and multi-tenant flows.
- Define and implement KPIs like partner activation time, portal adoption, and NPS.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with Partnerships, Sales Ops, Legal, and Marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex B2B products.
- Proven experience building partner-facing products.
- Experience with CRM/partner ecosystems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Involvement in the design and implementation of role-based access, multi-tenant flows, onboarding/self-service, and partner commerce.
- Data-driven approach, comfortable with metrics, experimentation, SQL, or analytics tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Technical fluency sufficient to scope integrations (APIs, SSO/OAuth, IAM, multi-tenancy).
