TL;DR

Technical Support Representative I: Providing tier 1 technical and clinical support for ZOLL's lifesaving medical devices and software with an accent on customer resolution and adherence to departmental processes. Focus on diagnosing and resolving technical inquiries for critical cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions.

Location: Onsite in Chelmsford, MA, USA with occasional travel up to 10% to customer sites.

Salary: $29.00–$30.00 hourly.

What you will do

  • Provide tier 1 technical and clinical support for ZOLL products via phone, email, and fax.
  • Follow up on inquiries and ensure satisfactory customer resolution.
  • Accurately enter customer reported complaint details into the claim tracking system.
  • Participate in internal process documentation creation and verification.
  • Perform departmental receiving/shipping as required.
  • Assist with creating 'Tech Tips' and research required information.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of prior technical support experience working directly with customers or equivalent technical capacity in the industry.
  • 2-year degree/certificate in electronics/biomedical preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Chelmsford, MA, USA.
  • Occasional on-call phone support for evening and weekend emergencies.
