Product Support Associate (Fintech): Supporting clients on complex technical issues related to a proprietary disclosure management solution with an accent on problem diagnosis, investigation, and resolution of software within the Azure platform. Focus on identifying root causes, documenting defects, and ensuring client satisfaction in a regulatory environment.

What you will do

Support clients on complex technical issues related to various ActiveDisclosure products and services.
Respond to client requests and inquiries within pre-determined service level agreements.
Diagnose, investigate, and resolve problems related to all ActiveDisclosure products and services, providing timely and accurate responses.
Research problems independently, identify root causes, and document defects using problem determination skills.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for application bugs and new features.
Document and track case histories, issues, metrics, and reporting using Salesforce.

Requirements

At least 2 years practical working experience in software/application support.
Strong knowledge of MAC and Windows operating systems.
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Previous experience troubleshooting application-related problems.
Conceptual understanding of Databases, Internet, and XML.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

Experience in the Financial Services industries.
Experience supporting SaaS applications.
