What you will do

• Design and implement agentic workflows using hirify.global’s MCP platform.
• Orchestrate multi-step agent behaviors and define agent triggers based on system events, signals, or semantic context.
• Rapidly prototype agentic flows to validate technical feasibility and business value.
• Monitor agent telemetry and tune workflows continuously to optimize accuracy and business value.
• Act as a strategic automation advisor for the customer’s data and operations leaders.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and repeatable assets such as methodologies, tools, templates, and guidelines for the betterment of the Deployed Engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical field.
• At least 6 years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or data workflow automation.
• No less than 2 years of experience with MDM platforms and large-scale implementations.
• Knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS), Cloud delivery, and other SaaS platforms/solutions.
• Hands-on experience with data integration, automation platforms, or workflow orchestration.
• Excellent communication and co-creation skills with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with business development in a support role.
• Experience with business processes and governance.
• Master’s degree in a technical field.
