What you will do

• Define and refine Kiro’s developer education strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Build compelling, structured learning paths to improve product growth and trust.
• Produce high-impact education content: tutorials, guides, code samples, and videos.
• Translate complex agentic AI concepts into clear, actionable lessons for developers.
• Systematically gather developer feedback and communicate insights to Product and Engineering.
• Lead programs integrating education into community touchpoints like workshops and webinars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related STEM fields, or equivalent software development experience.
• 10+ years of experience in developer education, developer experience, or technical content leadership.
• Deep technical fluency, including the ability to read/write code and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proven success creating educational content that measurably improves user outcomes.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and community teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted or intelligent developer tools and developer adoption of new paradigms.

Nice to have

• Experience writing technical articles, speaking at conferences, and contributing to open source.
• Experience growing or leading an education, DevRel, or developer experience organization.
• Track record improving developer onboarding and retention through educational investments.
