Location: Based in Munich or Dublin, hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week

What you will do

• Act as the senior technical lead for McKinsey, BCG, and Bain across priority enterprise pursuits and transformation programmes.
• Translate board-level AI strategies into executable technical architectures, delivery plans, and platform roadmaps.
• Provide architectural leadership across multiple concurrent programmes, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with hirify.global standards.
• Guide partners and customers through critical decisions on platform design, scalability, governance, safety, and reliability.
• Support the development of repeatable industry solutions and transformation patterns built on the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• Have 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, AI/ML platforms, solution delivery, or technology strategy.
• Bring a strong combination of deep technical expertise and commercial or advisory experience.
• Have led or supported large-scale enterprise transformation programmes alongside senior client executives.
• Possess industry expertise in at least one of the following: Financial Services; Pharma & Life Sciences; Healthcare; Retail.
• Be based in Munich or Dublin.
