What you will do

• Build full-stack AI systems and integrations for customer value.
• Partner with customer teams to understand needs and guide solution adoption.
• Gather requirements, translate into workflows, and deliver complex systems.
• Contribute code directly to ensure progress and clarity.
• Codify effective working patterns into reusable tools and playbooks.
• Refine the vision and direction for new agentic offerings.

Requirements

• Ability to ship and own a complex feature.
• Experience writing production code in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
• Openness to write infrastructure and deployment code (AWS/k8s).
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles.
• High willingness to learn and shape the function and product.
• Ability to prioritize, simplify, and scope technical projects.
• Hybrid work, on-site in Munich, Berlin, or London required.
