What you will do

• Deliver mechanisms to provide resilience insights and surface data relationships.
• Surface the right data to support service owners in driving up the reliability of their services.
• Lead the overall organization's data strategy within ICC.
• Partner with other data teams to build data/GenAI infrastructure for accelerated GenAI development with required quality.
• Process billions of data points daily to automatically detect anti-patterns and ensure resilience best practices.
• Ensure Peak Shopping Event Readiness and detect issues proactively using GenAI/Machine Learning models.

Requirements

• Professional software development experience (non-internship).
• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
