What you will do

• Design, create, and implement particle effects and systems for AAA games.
• Ensure high-quality visual effects that enhance the overall game experience.
• Optimize visual effects for console and PC, pushing technical boundaries.
• Guide and provide constructive feedback to a team of VFX artists.
• Offer artistic feedback and ensure consistent visual effects quality.
• Improve current tools by proposing new features or giving feedback on usability.

Requirements

• Experience with real-time VFX using Shuriken, Particle Graph, Cascade, or Niagara.
• Experience with console titles.
• Strong portfolio of effects/projects.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of VFX artists.
• Excellent organizational and delegation skills.
• High level of spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge about simulation, post-processing, and shaders.
• Basic knowledge of 3D, textures, and spritesheets.
• Experience with a proprietary engine.
