What you will do

• Act as the primary technical reference for the art team and provide solutions to complex production issues.
• Optimize game content to ensure high performance and efficient memory usage.
• Contribute to asset development, including models, animations, and rendering tasks.
• Plan, prioritize, and set clear performance goals for the team.
• Provide constructive feedback and foster an environment of open communication.
• Develop technology roadmaps and anticipate future graphic software and hardware trends.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Technical Artist, ideally on AAA or AA multiplayer shooter projects.
• Strong technical proficiency in performance, optimization, and art workflows.
• Expertise in at least one 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, 3DS Max, Maya).
• Solid scripting skills (e.g., Python, Maxscript) and understanding of game engine pipelines.
• English proficiency sufficient for working in an international environment.
• Ability to balance creative vision with technical constraints.
