What you will do

• Drive art direction across UI, 2D, 3D, Animation, and VFX to ensure visual consistency and quality.
• Lead creative brainstorming and facilitate strong, thoughtful solutions across features.
• Act as a creative partner to Product, UX, and Engineering to shape scalable solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, including performance reviews and talent development.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools to improve speed, exploration, and creative quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategic goals and maintain a healthy, proactive art culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Associate Art Director on a live game.
• Strong background in UI/UX-driven environments and visual decision-making.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams including UI, 2D, 3D, Animation, and VFX.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build team culture and develop talent.
• Experience working with or driving AI-supported creative workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience working with established IPs.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Curiosity regarding AI tools for workflow productivity.
