What you will do

• Lead and manage large-scale, high-visibility projects and transformation initiatives from conception through delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans for complex organizational changes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Design and implement PMO processes, standards, and best practices across project portfolios.
• Establish project metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for executive leadership visibility.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and steering committees.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years in senior management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects (>$5M budget, multi-year duration).
• Background in digital transformation, ERP / CRM implementations, or large IT initiatives.
• Previous consulting or professional services experience.
• Extensive experience in organisational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency across MS Excel, Project and Jira (agile Project Management and workflow configuration and reporting).
