Salary: $204,000–$255,000 USD

What you will do

• Define long-term vision and technical direction for Core Foundation for client applications.
• Drive adoption of consistent, cross-platform architecture and best practices for feature development.
• Uplevel performance and app health through guardrails, proactive insights, and paved-path tooling.
• Provide a unified, high-quality event logging experience to enable data-driven decisions.
• Guide technical staff, enabling lint/compilation rules and observability defaults.
• Manage operations, execution excellence, staffing, prioritization, and iterative quality improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in engineering management.
• Proven track record establishing client-side performance/health practices and observability at scale.
• Hands-on background in at least one client platform (iOS, Android, or Web).
• Experience building or stewarding event logging/instrumentation platforms and improving data quality.
• Strong cross-org influence and stakeholder management with Platform, Product, Design, and Data partners.
• Commitment to inclusive leadership, talent development, and building high-ownership teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-platform consistency initiatives and developer experience investments.
• Familiarity with configuration and server-driven paradigms.
