Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring employees to be in the office a minimum of twice per week. Hub offices are located in Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto (Canada), Dublin (Ireland), and Sydney (Australia).

Salary: $56,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Handle inbound support requests via phone, AI-enabled chat, and email, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Become a product expert; diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving product issues effectively.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor; providing solutions and and coaching to help customers leverage hirify.global efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for additional products/services and connect customers with relevant teams.
  • Capture customer feedback for Product teams.
  • Drive personal career growth and development within a Win and Help Win culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or expected completion by January 2026).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complicated technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Curiosity about law, tech, and AI, with an interest in leveraging technology to help people solve problems.
  • Desire to win and have fun as a member of a high-performing team.
  • A growth mindset and a sense of optimism and enthusiasm.

Nice to have

  • Technical, hard science, or accounting major/minor.
  • Experience in the legal industry and/or knowledge of the justice system.
  • Experience using APIs, building integrations, and knowledge of Postman.
  • Skills in R, Python, HTML, Ruby, SQL.
  • Prior research, tutoring, and leadership experience.
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service, including problem-solving, multi-tasking, and providing summaries of issue resolution.
