What you will do
- Act as a proactive advocate for customer needs internally.
- Support customers across the Office platform.
- Provide initial response to and assign incoming support tickets.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email in accordance with SLAs.
- Handle dissatisfied customers professionally.
- Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer-facing position.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Demonstrated customer service skills to resolve queries quickly and accurately.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong team player mentality.
- Legally authorised to work in Australia, with no visa sponsorship provided.
