TL;DR
Customer Success Coordinator: Ensuring customer retention and happiness through platform support with an accent on proactive customer advocacy and issue prevention. Focus on responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and maintaining a broad knowledge of company products and services.
Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office in Melbourne, Australia
Salary: AUD 60,000 - AUD 65,000

What you will do
- Advocate for customer needs internally and proactively address their challenges to prevent recurrence.
- Support customers using the Office platform.
- Provide initial responses to tickets and assign incoming tickets based on complexity.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Handle dissatisfied customers professionally and politely.
- Monitor system performance and assist in identifying potential issues.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
- Motivated by a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills with a confident phone manner.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve queries quickly and accurately.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Awareness of personal strengths and areas for growth, with a desire to develop new skills.
