🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a Customer Success Manager or similar.
• Own a book of business; retain revenue; run QBRs.
• Fraud/payments ecosystem experience is a plus.
• Data-driven metrics and KPIs to show value.
• Outstanding customer-facing communication across levels.
• SaaS products experience; comfortable with APIs.
