Developer Engagement Team (Contract)

TL;DR

Developer Engagement Team (Contract): Resolving creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies with an accent on managing communication between hirify.global staff and creators. Focus on maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Location: Must be based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA. Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

Salary: $20—$20 USD hourly.

What you will do

• Assist in resolving creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies.
• Manage communication between hirify.global staff and creators.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Dedicate up to 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates endless patience and a positive attitude.
• Capable of managing time effectively.
• In-depth understanding of hirify.global and the hirify.global community.
• Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of hirify.global Studio.
• Experience developing on hirify.global and/or other creation platforms.
