What you will do

• Coordinate the contracting process for games on PlayStation Plus, working with Legal, Account Management, and Accounting teams.
• Manage operational setup and removal of games under tight deadlines, collaborating with Ops, Product, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Develop expertise in platform logic and back-end publishing systems to ensure game compatibility and proper implementation.
• Track, manage, and amortize content deals to maintain accurate operational records.
• Advocate for a consistent and intuitive user experience for PlayStation Plus players.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in program/project management or operational roles, ideally with legal contracting experience.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in San Mateo, CA, USA.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clarity and lead cross-functional teams.
• Rigorous approach and persistent attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly and balance multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
