TL;DR

Senior User Acquisition Manager (Marketing): Refining and executing strategies for daily campaign optimization with an accent on testing new ideas and maximizing results. Focus on analyzing campaign performance, managing Meta source, and optimizing based on CPA and ROAS results.

Location: Remote. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET (Central European Time).

What you will do

Test new ideas and hypotheses to maximize user acquisition results.
Refine and execute strategies for daily campaign optimization.
Monitor creative trends and extract new ideas from research.
Analyze campaign performance across various metrics (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly).
Track and manage the Meta source for effective ad delivery.
Optimize campaigns based on CPA and ROAS results in collaboration with the team.

Requirements

1.5+ years of experience with Meta Ads.
Experience managing budgets of $500k+ per month.
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets.
Strong understanding of marketing terms and key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPC, CPM).
English proficiency at B2 level.
Experience managing global campaigns with strong knowledge of targeting options.

Nice to have

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing or Business.
Experience with other advertising platforms (Snapchat, Pinterest, Quora).
