What you will do

• Lead and shape creative storytelling and narrative direction for key launches and campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Translate product strategy into a big idea, launch story, and messaging framework for multiple audiences and channels.
• Transform hirify.global’s products and use cases into emotionally resonant, clear, and accurate human-centered narratives.
• Develop campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and story arcs aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with design, motion, production, social, and agency partners to bring ideas to life across various media.
• Ensure narrative, claims, and approvals are aligned cross-functionally while maintaining project momentum.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading creative storytelling for launches, campaigns, or brand initiatives across platforms.
• Senior-level creative leadership with experience owning narrative strategy autonomously in fast-paced environments.
• Deep fluency in product storytelling, translating complexity into clear, accurate, and human language.
• Strong conceptual thinking and exceptional craft, with an excellent sense of voice, tone, rhythm, and structure.
• Ability to build a messaging architecture that serves multiple audiences (developers, enterprise, users, policymakers).
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, balancing creative ambition with clarity, precision, and accessibility.
