Location: Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week. While this is a remote position, hirify.global is currently authorized to hire in the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
Salary: $85,000 - $103,500 per year. Additionally this role has an additional 50% variable compensation component based on achieving revenue targets.

What you will do
- Identify upsell opportunities and delivering new ARR within existing accounts in the Mid-Market & Sub-Enterprise segment in U.S. and LATAM markets.
- Leverage the MEDDPICC framework to manage complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with clients to deeply understand their goals and position hirify.global solutions as integral to their success.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Renewal Managers and Sales Engineers to align on client needs and identify growth opportunities
- Proactively build, manage, and forecast a robust pipeline of opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs related to upsell.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or B2B account management, ideally within the Mid-Market segment using a MEDDPICC sales framework.
- Experience overseeing a US book of business with KPIs centered on expansions.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing client interactions.
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools (e.g., Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients through various channels.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HR and or Payroll technology and value-based selling methodologies is preferred.
- Proven success in accurately forecasting and achieving revenue targets in a SaaS or similar environment.
- A passion for learning new tools and staying up-to-date with product offerings.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve goals in a fast-paced startup environment.
