What you will do
- Own and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle of global campaigns and alignment of regionalisation with the Regional Marketing Managers.
- Lead the architecture of global campaigns, defining targets, messaging, assets, channels, and funnel-stage CTA planning.
- Drive performance asset creation with a 70/30 focus: ~70% on top-priority global campaigns and ~30% on business-as-usual production.
- Oversee production of performance creative assets (paid ads, banners, videos, landing pages, emails).
- Project manage multiple timelines and workstreams across creative, content, and web to ensure flawless execution.
- Shape and execute global campaigns with a strong regional footprint, maximizing resonance and imprint in each market.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong background in digital performance marketing & multi channel creative production (landing pages, paid ads, videos).
- Familiarity with digital channels and campaign best practices, including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and Display.
- Exceptional project management skills: able to manage multiple timelines, teams, and deliverables.
- Fluency in English required
