Location: Remote from Portugal. Occasional travel is required, primarily within North America and Europe.

What you will do

• Define and execute the engineering strategy that powers the product portfolio.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Lead the roll-out of AI-driven software development to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Ensure high-quality, robust, scalable, and secure architecture across all platforms.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing Engineering organization, cultivating future leaders.
• Optimize resource allocation, budgets, and vendor relationships to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Software Engineering executive leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical strategies with broader company goals.
• Exceptional leadership, team building, and communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS and product-led growth.
• Working knowledge of AWS.
• Must be able to work remotely from Portugal.
