What you will do

• Manage and guide the RUM Applied AI team, directly managing 3 engineers and an intern.
• Work with product teams across hirify.global to integrate AI for enhanced Error Tracking and RUM product experience.
• Create a strong team culture aligned with engineering standards and customer focus.
• Participate hands-on in code reviews, design reviews, and some coding.
• Design and lead initiatives toward integrating AI to improve hirify.global's frontend monitoring.

Requirements

• Previous experience (1+ years) leading AI engineering or Data Science teams as a people manager is required.
• Ability to address product requirements with research and translate them into production-ready solutions.
• Excellent leadership with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Entrepreneurial and product-oriented mindset, focused on solving problems and providing value to end users.
• Track record of delivering high-quality software products leveraging AI on schedule and collaborating closely with product partners.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Paris, France.
