TL;DR

UX/UI Designer (SaaS): Maintaining and enhancing the user experience across web-based SaaS applications, translating business requirements into user journeys and scalable UI patterns. Location: Hybrid, 2 days in the office. Based in Chester, UK.

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys and scalable UI patterns.
• Design workflows for complex, data-driven systems and identify friction points.
• Ensure design consistency across modules and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Analysts, Developers, and clients.
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing web-based applications, ideally within SaaS or B2B environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, workflow design, and scalable UI systems.
• Hands-on experience designing complex, data-led interfaces.
• Proficient in Figma, including components and design systems.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards such as WCAG.
• Comfortable working within Agile environments.
