Senior Product Designer

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France. Must be fluent in both French and English.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design on a product area.
• Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and Customer-facing teams.
• Lead discovery through user insight and validation.
• Design with measurable outcomes in mind.
• Strengthen design foundations as we scale.
• Support design culture and team growth.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects, with 7+ years of experience in Product Design.
• Ability to engage with end-users in French and English (oral & written), conduct user research, and intelligently integrate findings into your work.
• Excellent teamwork, partnership, and collaborative skills.
• Data-driven approach to product discovery & delivery.
• Comfortable working in a fast-evolving scale-up environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS/Enterprise platforms, or SEO, or a strong passion for AI capabilities and especially its impact on search and automation.
• Fluent in French & English.
