Location: Hybrid in Manchester, UK (up to 4 days WFH)

Salary: £50k-£68k DOE

What you will do

• Partner with PMs and engineers to shape the product roadmap.
• Conduct user research, including calls and in-branch visits.
• Create prototypes in Figma.
• Facilitate workshops to synthesise research and ideate solutions.
• Use AI-native, code-first workflows to test and iterate designs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product/UX Design experience (SaaS or complex product experience is a bonus).
• Fluent in Figma and know how to use and maintain design systems.
• Comfortable conducting your own user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
