What you will do

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring clear communication and timely completion.
• Champion Business Process Management, guiding teams through process design, reengineering, and opportunity assessments.
• Interact and collaborate with various levels of management and departments using consulting skills.
• Advocate for customer and business needs to drive value and improved productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in managing complex non-IT projects, process design, or process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of business transformation tools, project management methodologies, and Change Management concepts.
• Experience in data and strategic analysis, including data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Power BI).
• Formal corporate facilitation experience, including leading Kaizen Workshops (virtual and in-person).
• Experience with business architecture modeling software (e.g., Nintex Process Manager, Sparx Systems, Visio).
• US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
