Location: Remote from Spain, Greece, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Sweden. Due to export controls, this role is not available to individuals located in or nationals of Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or Russia (including Ukrainian territories annexed by Russia).

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for Logs Observability within Kibana, from onboarding to agentic log search, focusing on AI-driven answers.
• Lead the integration of GenAI and Agentic workflows into the logging experience.
• Build features for modern SREs, including automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and seamless correlation between logs, metrics, and traces.
• Collaborate across Engineering, UX, Design, Sales & Marketing teams to deliver the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
• Track user engagement and feedback to inform product and feature evolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or a closely related area.
• Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
• Experience monitoring cloud and/or infrastructure systems and services powering modern applications.
• Ability to convert abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, working from the customer backwards.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
