What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to Product leaders, translating business goals into technical requirements and operational tooling.
• Build automations and workflows that reduce manual work, leveraging LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, and dynamic data integration.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and rapidly build solutions to remove them.
• Engage cross-functionally with various departments across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technically oriented operational role (e.g., Product Ops, Sales Ops, Business Systems Analyst).
• Proven "Builder" mindset with a track record of creating and implementing processes and internal tools.
• Strong proficiency in building and leveraging AI and LLM-powered tools (OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, coding agents).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization (Tableau, Looker).
• Deep familiarity with data architecture of JIRA and Salesforce for insights extraction.
• Ability to understand the strategic "why" behind data and communicate insights effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with (or a strong desire to learn) AI tooling, agentic workflows, and scripting to modernize workflows.
