Senior Product Manager - Platform (AI/Data)

What you will do

• Develop a strong understanding of customers, their technical workflows, and the broader data and AI infrastructure ecosystem.
• Identify and prioritize platform problems, define clear product strategies and roadmaps, and provide context to engineering and design.
• Clearly articulate the value of new capabilities before and during development, incorporating customer feedback.
• Collaborate with finance to define pricing and packaging for new capabilities.
• Partner with marketing and sales to define positioning and messaging and drive adoption.
• Define success metrics, measure product adoption and usage, run experiments, and use data to inform decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including working on complex technical products or platforms for a technical audience.
• Experience with developer-facing infrastructure, cloud platforms, or data-intensive systems.
• Technical background (Computer Science degree or prior software engineering experience).
• Experience partnering with marketing and sales to bring technical products to market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences.
• Ability to combine data-driven decision-making with strong user empathy to determine what, when, and why to ship.
