Senior Product Designer (AI/BI)

Location: Mountain View, California; San Francisco, California; or Seattle, Washington

Salary: $137,600–$199,100 USD annually, depending on pay zone and location.

What you will do

• Reimagine data exploration through natural-language interaction and AI assistance.
• Design transparent and trustworthy experiences for AI-generated insights.
• Create workflows that move users from exploration to validation and action.
• Enable collaboration between data engineers, analysts, and business leaders.
• Define design patterns and contribute to the long-term AI/BI product strategy.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams based in Seattle.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HCI, interaction design, graphic design, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience shipping digital products and influencing the process from concept through general availability.
• Ability to lead large, complex design projects and balance diverse stakeholder needs.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills supported by research and data-driven UX practices.
• Portfolio demonstrating an end-to-end design process and the ability to combine technical knowledge with visual design.

Nice to have

• Experience designing products in cloud, developer experience, AI, or big data environments.
• Coding experience with React, SQL, CSS, and/or Python.
