What you will do
- Manage end-to-end optimization and performance tracking for approximately 80 technical articles monthly across three Labs (hirify.globalsearch, Observability, Security).
- Lead advanced analytics and reporting, synthesizing insights from various dashboards (GSC, GA4, LookerStudio, Profound, Semrush AIO, Tableau, FullStory).
- Conduct innovative experiments for GEO & AI discovery, focusing on content visibility in LLMs and establishing hirify.global Labs as a primary source of truth.
- Perform regular competitor gap analysis to identify technical topics where hirify.global can achieve leadership.
- Coordinate with Web and Design teams to resolve technical SEO/GEO issues and continuously optimize the site infrastructure for discovery.
- Develop and analyze monthly Labs and Developer Community newsletters to optimize distribution and increase engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical content strategy, SEO, and data-heavy digital optimization within the high-tech sector.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel/Sheets, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and LLM-tracking platforms (e.g., Profound).
- Ability to understand complex technical blogs (e.g., vector search, eBPF), identify keywords, and rewrite content effectively.
- Native-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with extensive experience in content editing.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and comfortable working in a fully distributed global organization.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM optimization, retrieval systems, semantic search, or vector-based information architecture.
- SEMrush certification, Screaming Frog experience, or a portfolio of technical content.
- Experience working with developer tools, AI/ML products, or open-source ecosystems.
