What you will do

• Execute a content strategy aligning with corporate messaging to reposition hirify.global as a modern database alternative.
• Own hirify.global's visibility in the new search landscape, optimizing content for Google and LLM rankings.
• Build and manage the global editorial calendar to ensure a consistent stream of high-quality content.
• Act as the primary editor and a key writer, working with internal engineers and external freelancers to publish blogs and articles.
• Utilize AI writing and research tools to enhance content production workflow and output.
• Establish clear processes for content production, ensuring organizational transparency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional writing or content marketing experience, with a background in journalism, reporting, or professional blogging preferred.
• English: C1+ equivalent required for fast, versatile, and provocative writing.
• Proficiency in using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for brainstorming, outlining, and drafting content.
• Strong technical curiosity, eager to learn SQL nuances and the database market.
• Comfortable interviewing stakeholders to extract compelling stories.
• Highly organized, able to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
