What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests for enterprise applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks.
• Implement UI automation using Cypress and Selenium, and API automation with tools like REST Assured.
• Write clean, maintainable automation code in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure test coverage and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years in software testing, with 6+ years in test automation and 2+ years in a lead/ownership/managing role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, and Cypress for modern web automation.
• Proficient in Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript for automation framework development.
• Hands-on experience with API automation testing (REST APIs).
• Good understanding of CI/CD integration and Git version control practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Mocha, Jasmine).
• Experience in microservices and distributed systems.
• Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Performance testing exposure (JMeter, Gatling).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
