What you will do

• Lead the design, execution, and optimization of complex testing strategies to validate software functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with business and project objectives.
• Drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, enhancing skill development and promoting best practices in testing.
• Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve outcomes.
• Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve complex issues during testing.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading high-impact testing projects for software solutions.
• Ability to promote innovative testing tools and practices to optimize service delivery.
• Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements in testing processes.
• Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions on testing best practices.
• English: B2 required for application and communication.
