Location: Noida, India; hybrid work with 2 days per week in the office. The role supports APAC hours with flexibility for EMEA hours depending on business needs.

What you will do
- Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test plans for SimCorp solutions.
- Define testing requirements with stakeholders and ensure complete test coverage.
- Analyze complex testing issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement lasting solutions.
- Optimize testing processes, introduce automation tools and frameworks, and improve delivery efficiency.
- Monitor testing metrics, document test plans and results, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Mentor junior consultants and communicate testing progress, risks, and results to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Typically 7+ years of experience in testing or quality assurance.
- Experience managing complex testing projects and maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Ability to collaborate with development, QA, operations, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with test automation tools, testing frameworks, documentation, and testing metrics.
- Availability to work APAC hours with flexibility for EMEA hours when required.
- Ability to work from the Noida office 2 days per week.
