What you will do

• Validate and support DFT technologies (1500 Wrapper, Boundary Scan, Compression, RTL DFT, Hierarchical Test, LBIST).
• Utilize hirify.global Genus (Synthesis) and Modus (ATPG) tools on in-house and customer designs.
• Create and execute test plans for new features, developing new test cases.
• Report bugs and enhancements for the tools.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering teams on specifications, test plans, and customer issues.
• Debug customer-reported issues and implement solutions.

Requirements

• B.E. or M. Tech in Electronics/Electrical.
• 7+ years of experience in DFT/ATPG/ASIC Design flows.
• Strong in Digital electronics and Verilog.
• Good understanding of DFT techniques and methodologies.
• Good scripting skills (Tcl, Perl).
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
• English: B2 required for good communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Test standards like 1149.1, 1500, 1687.
• Experience with hirify.global Test or other Test tools.
