Hybris QA Engineer (SAP Hybris)

Hybris QA Engineer (SAP Hybris/eCommerce): Analyzing business and functional requirements and designing, developing, and executing test cases for SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud features and integrations. With an accent on functional, integration, regression, system, and API testing, and defect management. Focus on validating core Hybris functionalities and testing integrations with third-party systems.

Location: Full-Time position based in Bengaluru, India with hybrid work options (country-dependent).

What you will do

• Analyze business and functional requirements related to SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
• Validate Hybris features including Product Catalog, CMS, OCC APIs, Checkout, Promotions, Pricing, and Order Management.
• Test integrations with third-party systems like ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and tax/shipping providers.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or SOAP UI, and support automation testing efforts with frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud testing.
• Solid understanding of eCommerce domain concepts.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies.
• Experience testing REST APIs (OCC).
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA preferred) and test management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation (Selenium, Java, TestNG).
• Knowledge of Hybris Backoffice, HAC, Impex, and FlexibleSearch.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• SAP Commerce Cloud certification.
