What you will do
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with various stakeholders including HR, Compensation, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams.
- Analyze business processes and translate compensation policies into functional requirements and solution designs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Define and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case development, and defect tracking.
- Support release planning, validation, and production readiness activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance with compensation policies and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably supporting HR, Compensation, or enterprise business systems.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and functional analysis.
- Experience supporting enterprise HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning and defect tracking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Compensation, Rewards, Promotions, or Performance Management programs.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar HRIS platforms.
- Understanding of HR data flows, integrations, and downstream system dependencies (Payroll, Finance, Reporting).
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or large-scale HR initiatives.
- Familiarity with audit controls, compliance requirements, and regulated business processes.
